North Oaks Company LLCgranted a permanent easement on approximately 900 acres of land to the Minnesota Land Trust to ensure preservation of open space in perpetuity. Standards for conservation and recreational use preserve the unique natural elements and showcase nature with breathtaking colors.
We are currently offering four distinctive neighborhoods surrounding and provide access to the Conservation Area in the private community of the City of North Oaks. Each residential community has its own unique features to suit your lifestyle.
