Since 1950, North Oaks Company has been carefully shaping the 6,000 acres of what was once agricultural land into a beautiful community. Throughout the years, conservation has remained a guideline for the development of North Oaks.
To celebrate the 75th anniversary, the North Oaks Company, along with Sadis Productions, created a one-jour documentary highlighting the history of the company.
